Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
Identifying training needs for new system procurement, updated systems, new scenarios and other training need triggers. Extensive experience of formal systems approach to training and various government TNA methods.
 
Training Design Development of new, or modification of existing training interventions.   Development of Storyboards, Requirements, Lesson Plans, Assessment methods, Evaluation strategies.
 
Evaluation of Training Conducting a review of your existing training will ensure you are getting maximum value from your training budget.  Evaluations are usually conducted using the four level Kirkpatrick evaluation model.
